Crossfire Consulting Corp. in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Health Care Professional Case Manager - RN to join our occupational health team. The contract role supports employees across two Baltimore locations; start ASAP and is full-time, with hybrid work arrangement.

You will assess and manage work-related injuries, illnesses and exposures, providing timely, compassionate support. You will work with a nurse manager, a full-time nurse practitioner, and two staff nurse case managers.

Formación

• Registered Nurse license and RN degree.
• Experience in critical care, occupational health or case management.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong customer service and assessment skills.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Willingness to commute and on-call duties.

Location: Baltimore, MD (hybrid)

Type: Contract, 12 months, with potential extension up to 24 months

Start: ASAP

Schedule: Full-time, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

About The Role

We are seeking a Health Care Professional Case Manager - RN to join an occupational health team supporting employees across two Baltimore locations. You will assess and manage work-related injury, illness, and exposure cases and give employees timely, compassionate support. You will work alongside a nurse manager, a full-time nurse practitioner, and two staff nurse case managers.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid schedule based primarily at the Spring Gardens office
• On-site at the RBC Fleet office on Thursdays or as needed (about 25 minutes between locations)
• Weekly on-call rotation every 4 weeks, with 24-hour availability to take reports of work-related injury, illness, or exposure

Qualifications

Required

• Registered Nurse Degree
• Critical care experience, occupational health or case management experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Strong customer service, assessment, and adaptability skills
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
• Willingness to commute to different locations; understanding of on-call responsibilities

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master of Science Degree
