Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and licensed as an RN in the state of operation.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the status of nursing needs and manage the patient’s care plan.
• Complete initial patient assessment at admission with history.
• Select appropriate nursing diagnoses.
• Review medications for safety and adverse effects.
• Set measurable goals aligned with diagnosis and care plan.
• Inform physician of assessment results and interventions.
• Implement nursing interventions within scope and goals.
• Re-evaluate patient needs as required.
• Document assessments, progress, and discharge notes promptly.
• Notify physician of changes in condition.
