Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and licensed as RN in the state of operation.
• Minimum of one year of experience as an RN.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs and manage the patient’s care plan.
• Complete initial patient assessments on admission with patient history.
• Select appropriate nursing diagnoses and monitor medications for effectiveness.
• Inform physician of assessment results and recommended interventions.
• Implement nursing interventions per diagnosis and goals.
• Document assessments, progress, and discharge notes promptly.
