Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience

Responsibilities

• Assess status of nursing needs and manage patient care plans
• Complete initial patient assessment on admission with history
• Identify nursing diagnoses and plan interventions
• Review medications for adverse effects or interactions
• Establish goals and communicate with physicians
• Implement nursing interventions per diagnosis and goals
• Re-evaluate patient needs as required
• Document assessments, progress and discharge notes timely
