Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and Nebraska RN license required.
• Minimum two years of RN experience, preferably in community-based or related settings.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Delegate and monitor tasks to unlicensed staff and ensure plan adherence.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and families to meet person-centered goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
• Lead and mentor staff; provide training on medications and procedures.
