UCI Health in Orange County, California seeks a dedicated Case Manager to coordinate patient care across disciplines. You will assess treatment needs, develop, monitor, and evaluate plans and progress, and ensure safe, timely, and patient-centered care.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, current California RN license, AHA BLS, 3–5 years in an acute care hospital, and 1–2 years as a Case Manager.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Current California RN license.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting (medical/surgical preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience as a Case Manager.
• Typing proficiency; ability to write and communicate professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication skills.
