BAYADA Hospice in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a compassionate, full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home hospice care. The role covers Springfield, Bellows Falls, and Chester areas, with 1:1 patient care and a flexible schedule.

You will perform medication administration, wound care, and monitor patient status as part of a multidisciplinary team. Prior hospice/home health experience is preferred but not required. BAYADA offers weekly pay and full-time benefits.

Competenze

• Current VT RN license.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
• Home care/hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Mansioni

• Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administering medication, wound care, treatments and procedures and comfort care.
• Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.

BAYADA Hospice is looking for compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in the hospice office, located in Brattleboro, VT. This office services hospice clients in the Springfield, Bellows Falls and Chester VT area.

• Weekly pay
• $45-$55 per hour

Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
