BAYADA Hospice in Norwich, VT is seeking compassionate full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. The role focuses on providing skilled nursing care for hospice patients in home settings across Windsor, Orange and Caledonia counties, VT, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend or on-call duties.

Formación

• Current RN license in Vermont and New Hampshire.
• At least one year of verifiable clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing or related area.
• Home health and/or hospice experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills; electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within the assigned service area.
• A compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Responsabilidades

What You'll Do as a Hospice RN

As a BAYADA Hospice Registered Nurse, you'll be an essential member of a multidisciplinary team, providing compassionate, individualized care that helps patients remain comfortable in their homes while supporting their quality of life and dignity.

Responsibilities include:

• Making home visits to hospice clients within your assigned geographic territory.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Vermont and New Hampshire.
• At least one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing or a related area.
• Previous home health and/or hospice experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills; electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within the assigned service area.
• A compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to clinical excellence.
