Job summary

BAYADA Hospice in Pennsauken, NJ, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our hospice office on a full-time basis. You will perform home visits to clients in Camden and Burlington counties, providing palliative care and medication management.

Prior home care or hospice experience is preferred but not required. A NJ RN license and solid computer skills, including EMR familiarity, are essential.

Qualifications

• NJ RN license to practice in New Jersey.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care or hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Solid computer skills; EMR familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the supervisor.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.

BAYADA Hospice is looking for compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in the Hospice office, located in Pennsauken, NJ. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in Camden and Burlington counties. Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:

$43-$45 per hour

Responsibilities for a Hospice RN - Registered Nurse include

• Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
• Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
• Performing client assessments as necessary.
• Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends

Qualifications for a Hospice RN - Registered Nurse include

• A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NJ.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
