BAYADA Hospice in Brattleboro, VT is seeking compassionate Full Time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team serving Springfield, Bellows Falls and Chester VT areas. You will deliver one-to-one patient care, perform medications, wound care, and monitoring, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality palliative care at home.

Prior home care or hospice experience is preferred; strong computer skills and EMR familiarity are valued.

Competenze

• A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in VT.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience.
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Mansioni

• Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administering medications, wound care, treatments and comfort care.
• Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes.
• Following up with and documenting doctors' orders.

BAYADA Hospice is looking for compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in the hospice office, located in Brattleboro, VT. This office services hospice clients in the Springfield, Bellows Falls and Chester VT area.

• Weekly pay
• $45-$55 per hour

Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Responsibilities for a Hospice RN - Registered Nurse include

• Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.

Qualifications for a Hospice RN - Registered Nurse include

• A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in VT.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
