Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for patients.
- Develop and revise individualized Plans of Care.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to health status changes.
- Supervise Home Health Aides and other personnel.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
