Universal Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead discharge planning and utilization management in Southern Nevada. The role emphasizes safe patient transitions, timely care coordination, and maximizing reimbursement through effective collaboration with the care team.

A valid NV RN license and 3+ years of clinical experience are required, with UR/UM experience preferred. The job offers comprehensive benefits within VHS/ UHS systems.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum three years of varied clinical experience; two years in Utilization Review/Utilization Management or Case Management preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nevada.
• Knowledge of social and physical factors affecting discharge and community resources.
