The Valley Health System in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a registered nurse with strong discharge planning and utilization management skills. The role focuses on safe patient transitions and maximizing reimbursement through proactive collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Candidates should have at least three years of varied clinical experience, including UR/UM or Case Management exposure, and possess nursing licensure in Nevada. Strong computer skills are required.
