UCI Health in Orange, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to lead high-level assessment and reassessment, set priorities, and coordinate care across the care continuum. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while promoting self-care outcomes and cost-effective services.

The role requires strong English communication, a BSN, and a current RN license, with experience in case management and familiarity with Joint Commission

• Must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Current RN License and BSN required
