Job summary

A leading healthcare services provider is seeking a Nurse Advocate to facilitate patient experience from enrollment through therapy completion. Ideal candidates will have active RN licensure and 2-3 years of related nursing experience. Responsibilities include assessing and addressing patient barriers, providing education on treatment options, and offering support in navigating insurance and financial assistance. This position may allow for remote work depending on business needs, contributing to a team focused on patient-centric care and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must possess active RN licensure in the current state of practice.
• 2-3 years of nursing experience with relevant disease state experience preferred.
• Experience in Nurseline triage or Call Center Utilization Management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of program services.
• Enable patients by providing them with information about their prescribed therapy.
• Report Adverse Events/Product Complaints in accordance with SOP.
