Responsibilities

• Direct daily functions of unit nurses and CNAs to provide floor leadership.
• Chart patient information accurately, timely, and in the appropriate manner.
• Provide and coordinate patient care and services through interactions with patients, families, and staff.
• Accurately prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician.
• Respond as a leader to emergencies affecting patient and staff safety.
• Coordinate patient care plans and services and ensure quality outcomes.
