Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on a procedural telemetry unit. The role supports the Patient Care Manager with staffing, coordination, and educational activities to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required are a nursing degree and active RN licensure in Minnesota or Wisconsin, with 3–7 years of inpatient hospital experience. On-site 8-hour day shifts with on-call rotation are included.

Qualifications

• Inpatient hospital nursing experience required.
• Active RN licensure in MN and/or WI.
• BSN/BAN program enrollment or completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day unit operations.
• Support staffing plans based on patient census and acuity.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate staff performance and conduct.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PCM and other departments to improve care delivery.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nursing

Associate’s or Vocational degree in nursing

Active BSN/BAN program enrollment
