Allina Health seeks an RN Patient Care Supervisor for Cardiac Intermediate Care in Minnesota. The role oversees daily operations, mentors staff, and ensures high‑quality patient care on day shifts. 0.8 FTE with 32 hours/week and no weekend rotations.

Requires RN license and 3–7 years inpatient experience. The supervisor collaborates with the Patient Care Manager, leads education efforts, and ensures staffing aligns with acuity and census.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required or ASN with BSN plan.
• Active RN license in Minnesota (and Wisconsin if applicable).
• Minimum 3–7 years inpatient nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and evaluates employee performance.
• Assists with recruitment, onboarding and coaching.
• Manages staff assignments and workflow based on census and acuity.
• Maintains open communication with the PCM and adheres to regulations.
• Coordinates unit-based education and quality improvement activities.
