Allina Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for an 0.8 FTE role on the Cardiac Intermediate Care unit. The position supports the Patient Care Manager in daily operations, staff education, and clinical coordination to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating assignments, onboarding new hires, and maintaining compliance with policies. Requires RN licensure in MN (and WI if applicable) with 3–7 years inpatient experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or an associate/vocational nursing degree; related Bachelor's degree or active BSN/BAN enrollment may be required.
• 3 to 7 years of inpatient hospital nursing experience.
• Current RN license required for MN; WI license if working in Wisconsin.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and evaluate staff performance.
• Coordinate unit staffing and productivity according to census and acuity.
• Onboard, orient and coach staff; ensure compliance with regulations.
