Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years in inpatient hospital nursing.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in MN or WI depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and evaluates employee performance.
• Assists with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Manages staff assignments and unit staffing plans.
• Coordinates nursing care and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Supports quality improvement activities and education programs.
• Assists CNS and PCM in care delivery system development.
