Job summary

You will develop strategies to address issues, guide programs and procedures in compliance with network management and clinical coverage policies, and maintain accurate documentation while delivering excellent telephonic service.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure and case management experience required.
• Excellent communication and telephonic skills.
• Strong documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work two days weekly until 9pm local time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all case management activities with members to evaluate medical needs.
• Develops strategy to address issues to outcomes and opportunities to enhance member wellness.
• Instructs programs and procedures in compliance with network management and clinical coverage policies.
