Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Registered Nursing.
• Active California RN license.
• Strong discharge planning and care coordination experience.
• Proficient with hospital operations and cross-functional teamwork.
• Knowledge of payer industry and utilization review processes.
• Experience with clinical information systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient hospitalization from pre-admission through discharge.
