UF Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, using evidence-based practices and sound clinical judgment.

You will involve patients and families in care decisions, promote a positive unit culture, and uphold safety and advocacy standards while contributing to continuous improvement and exceptional patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Current RN license in the State of Florida.
• BSN preferred at time of hire; must obtain BSN within 3 years if not held.
• Professional nursing board certification preferred at hire; required within 2 years if eligible.

Mansioni

• Assess patient health status and identify health concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
• Engage patients and families as active participants in care planning.
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality.
• Delegate and supervise LPNs and UAPs.
