Current Registered Nurse license in Florida.

Responsibilities

Assess patient health status and identify health concerns.
Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.
Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.
Engage patients and families as active participants in care planning and delivery.
Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality.
Delegate and supervise LPNs and UAPs.
Promote a positive unit culture and collaborate with the team.
Uphold standards of patient advocacy, safety, and clinical excellence.
