Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patient responses to health problems and plan interventions.
• Implement nursing interventions based on nursing theory and other sciences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Coordinate care among health care team and involve patient/family when possible.
