Qualifications

• Minimum six months of nursing experience or active Nurse Residency participation.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong teamwork, and patient-focused care are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based standards and policies.
• Assess patients comprehensively and monitor changes in status.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and document appropriately.
