Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver, coordinate and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient population. You will lead assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within a collaborative team to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, care coordination with physicians and support services, and ongoing education for patients and families. BSN in progress or participation in Nurse Residency is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience OR active Nurse Residency with Hackensack Meridian Health.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong teamwork, and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per evidence and standards.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and document care.
• Provide patient/family education and ensure understanding.
