Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice (Alaska) and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and coordinates patient's plan of care across the care continuum.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely screening, diagnosis, treatment and supportive care.
• Educates patients and families on diagnostic processes and care strategies.
• Participates in discharge planning and care coordination activities.
• Supports process improvement efforts to optimize clinical, financial, operational, and satisfaction outcomes.
