Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO seeks an experienced RN for the Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CVPCU). The nurse will provide comprehensive patient care within a team of surgeons, cardiologists, and staff, using Mercy's nursing framework and processes to ensure safety and quality.
The role features a full-time schedule of 36 hours/week with Friday–Sunday night shifts (7pm–7:30am) and a weekend premium of $20/hour. Sign-on bonuses are available for experienced and new graduates.
Utilizes the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following:
Licensure: Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations.
Experience: Previous hospital experience is preferred and may be required depending on the unit.
