Mercy Hospital South is seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiac Stepdown unit in St. Louis, MO. The role involves delivering patient-centered care during night shifts, using the nursing process and coordinating with the care team to optimize outcomes.

Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
