Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our CPAP Centralized Care Team. This fully remote role guides new patients through intake, insurance verification, and coordination of respiratory therapy services.

The position starts at $15.25 per hour for the 1st shift, with quarterly bonus opportunities; requires strong communication, accuracy, and a commitment to patient satisfaction while working from home within the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• Experience with medical billing practices and billing reimbursement preferred.
• One year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient satisfaction calls and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with field locations and ensure timely service delivery.
• Educate patients on CPAP therapy and related products.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance regulations.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorization for services and equipment.
• Work within proprietary systems to manage patient records.
