Job summary

Legacy Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Branch Administrator – Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the Salem, AR branch, oversee clinical and operational functions, and ensure quality care and regulatory readiness.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, 3+ years hospice nursing, 1+ year of leadership, and strong leadership and communication skills; travel not required beyond the local area.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum 3 years hospice nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, supervise, and support clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory readiness.
• Participate in budgeting and achieve key performance goals.
• Provide resource support for clinical care, including RN Case Management when needed.
• Build relationships with community partners and referral sources.
