Legacy Hospice is seeking a Branch Administrator RN to oversee all clinical and operational aspects of hospice services in Fredericktown, MO. This full-time, salaried exempt role ensures quality of care and regulatory readiness across the branch.

The ideal candidate holds an active Missouri RN license, with a BSN/MSN preferred, and at least 3 years hospice nursing plus 1 year of leadership experience. Current BLS/CPR and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years hospice nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year leadership or supervisory experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and staff performance.
• Lead, supervise and support clinical and administrative teams.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory readiness.
• Participate in budgeting and achieve key performance goals.
• Provide RN Case Management support as needed.
• Build relationships with community partners and referral sources.
