Legacy Hospice, Inc. in Southaven, MS is seeking a Branch Administrator – Registered Nurse to lead a team delivering compassionate end-of-life care. The role includes overseeing operations, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness, with a focus on patient-centered service.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license in Mississippi, a nursing degree (preferred), and have leadership experience within hospice care. A drug-free workplace with pre-employment screening is in effect.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Preferred Hospice and Palliative Nursing certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compliance with BLS/CPR and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Lead clinical and administrative staff and provide supervision.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Direct quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory readiness.
• Participate in budgeting and achieve key performance goals.
• Provide RN Case Management support when needed.
• Build relationships with community partners and referral sources.
