Job summary

Legacy Hospice in Southaven, MS seeks a Branch Administrator and Registered Nurse to lead hospice services, blending clinical oversight with strong operational management. The role ensures quality of care, compliance, and team performance.

You will supervise staff, manage day-to-day operations, support budgeting, and foster relationships with community partners while maintaining our patient-centered mission.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years hospice nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Pre-employment drug screening required, including marijuana testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Lead, supervise, and support clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory readiness.
• Participate in budgeting and KPI achievement.
• Provide RN Case Management as needed.
• Build relationships with community partners and referral sources.
