Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in our facilities. You will work under supervision to perform assessments, develop care plans, and deliver medication administration and tests as part of the nursing team.

Ideal candidates have a nursing degree, current RN licensure in the state of employment, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of clinic experience. This on-site role emphasizes compassionate care and collaboration within a mission-driven

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with the Charge Nurse and team.
• Administer medications, obtain tests, and assist with procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and follow policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using required charting methods and attend mandatory trainings.
• Communicate patient status and needs to nursing staff, physicians and supervisors.
