Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse in the United States to provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and support patient education in a compassionate, collaborative team setting.

The role requires an active RN license in the state of employment and CPR certification, with a focus on high-quality care for underserved populations and adherence to clinical policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment programs with the Charge Nurse.
• Administer medications and assist with medical procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using the SOAP format and attend staff meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisory personnel as necessary.
