Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a nursing department. You will perform the nursing process, educate patients, and collaborate with Charge Nurses to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Must hold a current RN licensure in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning patient treatment programs with Charge Nurse and staff.
• Administer medications, facilitate diagnostic tests, and assist with minor procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and ensure accuracy per policy and procedures.
