Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in our nursing department. You will implement the nursing process, participate in education for patients, and work under Charge Nurse supervision to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a nursing degree, one year of clinic experience preferred, and holds current RN licensure in the state of employment with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse and staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostics, and assist with minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
