Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a clinical setting. You will work under Charge Nurses to implement the nursing process, educate patients, and support clinical operations with strong communication and critical thinking.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN licensure in the state of employment, and CPR certification. Prior clinic experience is preferred, with a focus on compassionate, collaborative care for

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• 1 year clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the practicing state and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment programs in collaboration with Charge Nurses.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests and minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and follow clinical policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend mandatory trainings.
• Communicate updates to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
