Wellpath is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in the Nursing department. The role requires delivering nursing care using the nursing process and working under Charge Nurse supervision to educate patients and support care planning.

Responsibilities include administering medications, performing diagnostics, documenting care, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current RN licensure in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment programs with the Charge Nurse and staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and follow clinical policies for care.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend trainings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
