Job summary

Qualifications

• BN? degree and active Florida RN license required.
• Board certification preferred at time of hire.
• If hired after April 30, 2014 must obtain BSN within three years.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient's health alterations and assess response to health problems.
• Implement nursing interventions based on nursing theory and related sciences.
• Evaluate effectiveness of interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and involve patient/family in planning and evaluation.
• Supervise/direct care by LPNs and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel.
• Delegate care to qualified team members as needed.
