Summa Health System seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the RN Nurse Manager in patient care operations for a designated area on a 24-hour basis. You will plan goals, develop processes to improve operations, and help manage the unit budget.

You will coach and evaluate staff, collaborate with related departments, and participate in evidence-based standards of practice to enhance patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program.
• BSN required and Ohio license to practice.
• 3 years of clinical nursing experience with leadership.

Responsabilités

• Supports RN Nurse Manager in patient care operations across designated area.
• Plans short-, mid-, and long-term goals; improves unit operations and budget plans.
• Coaches and evaluates patient care staff; ensures patient safety and quality care.
