Summa Health is seeking an RN Administrative Supervisor on the Akron Campus to direct and monitor patient care activities, assign and develop staff, and optimize resource use for efficient patient flow. You will collaborate with nurse managers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and accurate census reconciliation.

The role requires an ADN (BSN preferred), Ohio RN license, and at least three years of nursing experience with supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required, BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio.
• Graduate of an NCNE/ACEN-accredited nursing program or CCNE/ACEN equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Directs and monitors patient care activities under general direction.
• Assigns work and develops performance of caregivers on shift.
• Monitors resource allocation and patient flow for efficiency and outcomes.
• Facilitates admissions, transfers, and discharges with multiple departments.
