Required ADN with BSN preferred, Ohio RN license, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• CCNE or ACEN accreditation program graduate.
• Population-specific competency and patient dignity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical operations including patient flow, orders, labs and radiology results.
• Ensures continuity of care by obtaining prior patient data and coordinating with providers.
• Provides general nursing care following established standards of practice.
• Supervises clinical staff in collaboration with Practice Manager.
• Manages day-to-day operations related to clinical personnel.
