The candidate will guide staff through performance appraisals, establish unit goals, and promote certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with active PA RN licensure (eNLC acceptable).
• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated clinical leadership experience.
• Preferred Master’s Degree in Nursing and national certification.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Role model mission, vision, and values; conduct unit conferences; support staff development and certification pursuit.
• Quality and patient safety: Develop unit quality plans; monitor evidence-based practices; ensure regulatory readiness.
• Customer satisfaction: Collaborate with patients and families; address concerns; monitor patient experience metrics.
• Finance: Manage budget adherence; monitor productivity and resource use; report variances.
