Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required or equivalent education/experience as determined by company.
• Current State of PA RN licensure OR current multi-state licensure through eNLC.
• CPR certification required.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate required.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate required.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and provides professional nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; coordinates unit operations.
• Oversees data collection related to quality and satisfaction measures.
• Serves as clinical expert and mentor for staff and may perform supervisory duties.
• Demonstrates leadership and effective communication to strengthen professional relationships.
• Utilizes nursing process to plan patient care for age-appropriate population.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and staffing mix to meet productivity requirements.
