Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• National Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly unit conferences and represent the unit.
• Promote unit-based shared governance and staff development.
• Identify and implement quality and patient safety initiatives.
• Monitor budget, staffing and productivity; address variances.
• Foster professional growth and onboarding for personnel.
