Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include PA RN licensure or multistate licensure via eNLC.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates clinical assessment and care planning skills.
• Provides safe and effective care according to regulatory requirements.
• Directs and manages activities of the patient care delivery by the team members.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team for plan of care from admission through discharge.
• Assesses learning needs of patient and family and provides education.
