Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required or must obtain BSN within 3 years
• 2 years acute care nursing experience required
• RN license in CT; BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care and unit operations.
• Oversee daily nursing and non-licensed staff, including off shift and weekend supervision.
• Manage resources, payroll, and colleague schedules.
• Monitor patient throughput and ensure safe, family-centered care.
